What is Narrative Therapy? Life is about changes, and it is far from unusual for one to become stuck and unable to embrace change when needed

There is more to every individual than you see and feel on the surface. Through storytelling and discussing those stories with a therapist, the individual will understand who they are and where they stand in life.

Narrative Therapy focuses on the inner you, the you hidden inside, and we need to empower and enable. Be aware that Narrative Therapy will involve difficult moments and require the Therapist to encourage you to talk about personal problems, past trauma, and other issues that may be upsetting.

Yet, when you tell your stories, you will start unravelling life’s complexity and uncover the root of your problems. The past stays with us until you learn how to shed your past traumas
